Return and Refund Policy

At STATIC APPAREL, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
• Free from stains, odours, damage, makeup, pet hair or signs of wear

Proof of purchase is required.

Sale items may be returned unless the product is clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.

The following cannot be returned:

• Items marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Items damaged after delivery
• Items returned outside the 14-day return period

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages without tracking.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item so we can assist you.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.  If item size is unavailable you will be awarded store credit to pick another item or provided the option to order with an added wait time.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

This policy does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable consumer-protection laws. Canadian consumers generally do not have an unconditional right to return merchandise simply because they changed their mind, so the store’s clearly disclosed policy normally governs, subject to statutory rights that may apply to certain online transactions.
